Restaurant Zeus in Osterholz-Scharmbeck

We ordered it to be picked up by phone because of Corona and the food was absolutely great. Hot, tasty, plentiful and made with care. Thank you and stay healthy!

We ordered by phone and got the food out. First something positive: the food was ready at the requested time. Everyone was very friendly. On both children's portions there was an Xxl pepper on top of that zucchini, aubergine and loads of onions underneath were 3 small souvlaki pieces. What do hot peppers and co. On a children's menu ??? The french fries were small and thin for all dishes, but tasty with flavor. Gyros wobbly pieces inside. Small portions ... we were all still hungry even my daughters and they are not really good eaters ... Sorry, but that was the first and last time with this Greek ...

Picked up the pre-ordered food on New Year's Eve, everything freshly prepared and hot. Very tasty and plentiful, price-performance ratio is good.

Price performance not justified. Salt too dry the meat and the salad overpriced.

I can't say anything against the service, everyone is very friendly. But the food was really not my thing, the gyros was partly too dry and it contained a lot of greasy, wobbly pieces. The rice was too watery for me and tasted too much like tomatoes. So price-performance ratio was really poor. A real shame!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed an evening, which was unfortunately too short, but very nice with really good food. Service is hard to beat. In all honesty, we'll be back.

8/11/2018 ... Did I have a bad day or are my demands too high? Friendly greeting, yes we have made a reservation. The menu and drinks arrive quickly. The restaurant makes a slightly worn-out impression. A tzatziki comes as a starter, tastes okay, maybe a little watery. The peppers in garlic oil are delicious and nice and hot. The flatbread served with it is not great, but at least a little toasted. The very nicely arranged main courses come very quickly, the surprise of the chef was unfortunately not that great. The liver too, almost rubbery. The gyros was crispy on the outside, but very dry despite the thick pieces. The Suzuki completely spiced. Salt the skewer. The onions bitter because cut with the machine ??? As a side dish there was salad. The coleslaw was delicious, the beans and carrots just creepy. Was there trust in finished goods? The rice was delicious and very hot. The fries looked like lime bars and were definitely too short in the cheap oil, which unfortunately has a strong taste ... A highlight in terms of flavors was a passing 2-stroke scooter, the exhaust fumes really moved seductively through the restaurant. Normally I would give 2 stars now, the third is for the friendly greeting and the great pepperoni ...
